Verizon definitely does not provide data services for the BB in Mexico. I learned this the hard way, after being assured by Verizon's sales reps that I would have data access in Mexico City, only to find a "Data Connection Refused" message when I brought my new BB home after a trip to the US. They DO however, offer a great North America calling plan. No roaming charges anywhere in NA, $100/mo for 1300 minutes (covers both inbound and outbound calls).
